What is the lot rent per month?
Lot rent is set based on what other communities in the area charge, as well as cost of living increases. Management has made sure that Oak Leaf is one of the most affordable places to live in DFW. Call for current availability and pricing.
Are there homes for rent?
No. Oak Leaf Community only accepts approved houses that are owner occupied. All residents must pass a background check.
What school would my children go to?
Most addresses go to Birdville Schools (W. A Porter Elementary, Smithfield Middle, Birdville High), although several addresses as you enter the community attend Keller Schools (Liberty Elementary, Keller Middle, Keller High) both districts are very highly rated.
What is the difference between a mobile home and manufactured housing?
They are much the same. Technically a mobile home was built before 1976, and did not have HUD standards for building. A manufactured, modular, or pre-fabricated home is built efficiently off-site, then delivered to where it can be connected to community resources.
Does Oak Leaf take RVs ?
Yes. While Oak Leaf is primarily filled with manufactured houses, there are a few select sites available to RV. A long-term lease is required along with background check.
How can I buy an affordable house in Oak Leaf?
There are a number of dealerships in the area that are experts at getting people approved to by a home. Sunrock Management are also helpful with finding and moving houses into Oak Leaf.
